The maximum delivery time for a purchase in the Dutch-wife shop is 60 days for France (logistic problem, …), beyond this time, if the customer has not yet received his product, he will be able to ask for a refund of his order. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
